Charles G. Klasek, CEO
With 22 years experience, and direct mail in his blood (third generation), Charlie has displayed expertise in efficient operations and equipment acquisition management. An active Board of Directors Member with the Mailing and Fulfillment Services Association (Washington D.C.), he has served as First Vice Chair and Treasurer and is currently the Chairman. He is an expert in postal affairs and high volume direct mail production techniques. He holds his undergraduate degree from St. Louis University and his graduate degree from Indiana University.
Edward Coe, President
A 35-year veteran with Klasek Letter, Ed has displayed a commitment to his employees and customers that has made a difference to all. He strives for excellence from his staff and reliability from our equipment. Ed’s operations knowledge and "can do" attitude has resulted in Klasek Letter having many 10+ year client relationships. He oversees an operation that thrives on achieving client goals.
David Pritchett, Vice President – Operations
With 20 years of operations and customer service experience, David has been with Klasek Letter since 1991. Starting out with Direct Mail Specialists in Mississippi, David progressed through various production and customer service positions. He came to St. Louis to assume the Production Manager position with The Cliff Kelley Company. When Cliff Kelley was acquired by Klasek in 1993, David stayed and was promoted to his current position in 1997.

David M. Haffner, President and Founder, is an experienced sales and marketing executive. He has spent the last 17 years running The Bindery, Inc. His understanding of the requirements of our customers and knowledge of the industry are exceptional. We look forward to his addition to the Klasek Letter family.
